Full professorship in Theoretical Philosophy

The Department of Philosophy at the University of Konstanz invites applications for a full-time, permanent appointment as Professor in Theoretical Philosophy. Candidates
should have a PhD in Philosophy as well as post-doctoral experience amounting to the German qualification of “Habilitation” or equivalent. Apart from teaching in the
Department’s degree programs (BA and MA in Philosophy, the Philosophy track of the BA and MA in Education, and Graduate supervision), the successful candidate will
contribute adequately to the University’s self-administration. Fluency in German is expected upon appointment. Candidates with a clear commitment to reaching fluency
within one to two years can be considered.
