Associate (tenured) or Assistant Professor (tenure-track) opening, beginning August 2005. Four courses per year, undergraduate and graduate. Usual non-teaching duties. AOS: Logic and Philosophical Logic. AOC: Open, but candidates with strengths in Philosophy of Mathematics or Origins of Analytic Philosophy are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates must be qualified to teach in a strong Ph.D. program. Assistant Professor candidates must show evidence of outstanding teaching and research potential. Associate Professor candidates must have demonstrated excellence in teaching and research. Salary competitive.
