3 December 2004, OzsL Accolade 2004
Dear PhD student,
Friday, the third of December (2004), in the forests of Nunspeet, we shall have our "annual" Accolade meeting. The Accolade is part of the OzsL schoolweek. Hereby, you are warmly invited to submit an abstract for a 15-minute presentation.
Submission deadline: November 15, 2004. Send your title and abstract to: bruggink at phil.uu.nl. (There is a limited number of timeslots, so we may have to make a selection.)
What is the Accolade?
Accolade is a day on which the PhD students of the OzsL communicate on their research and share their experience as a doctoral student.
What is the OzsL?
The OzsL is the Dutch research school for people working with logic. See also http://www.ozsl.uu.nl/.
Am I a member of the OzsL?
If you are working in the field of logic, you probably should be. Please contact Ruben van Doorn (ruben at phil.uu.nl) if you have any questions concerning your membership.
I have no significant results. Should I still give a presentation?
One of the goals of the Accolade is to get to know your colleagues and see what they are working on. Thus, if you have no results, or just recently started your project, just communicate on your interests and current work.
For more information, contact us at bruggink at phil.uu.nl) or Joost.Joosten at phil.uu.nl.
Looking forward to seeing you at the schoolweek,
H. J. Sander Bruggink and Joost J. Joosten
